The Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis' NEXTGen is an initiative geared towards Jews, affiliated or unaffiliated, in their 20s, 30s, and 40s. NEXTGen provides meaningful programming and leadership opportunities based in Jewish values to deepen engagement in communal Jewish life.

Prystowsky ATID
JFGI's advanced leadership development program. The objective of ATID (which means “future” in Hebrew) is to provide a meaningful educational experience that develops our emerging leaders—the future leaders of the Indianapolis Jewish community.
Maurer Koach Program
The Maurer Koach program (Koach means “strength” in Hebrew) is experiential and will provide exposure and experiences that will equip you with tools to educate, lead, and advocate for yourself and others. During the 8 monthly interactive sessions, local, national, and international leaders will address current approaches to understanding and combatting antisemitism as well as provide insights into Jewish life, leadership, and social justice.
