*Minimum commitment of 1 weekday a month.* MOWCI has 34 Daily Delivery Routes that volunteers deliver medically-tailored meals to homebound, senior and chronically ill clients' homes from any of our 9 partner hospitals and healthcare facilities Monday-Friday between 11am to 2pm all over Indianapolis.

Volunteer Orientation - Every Daily Delivery Volunteer needs to attend a Volunteer Orientation at MOWCI Office located in Downtown Indianapolis. Held on the 1st Friday of every month at 11am. We will be discussing delivery process and volunteer expectations.
Route Training - New volunteers go on a Route Training with a current volunteer on their assigned route. Current Volunteer or Paid Driver will show a new volunteer how to pick-up meals at a hospital or healthcare facility and how to deliver meals to clients. Hope Steel will follow up with both volunteers via email to see how it went.
1st Day Volunteering Solo - The next time that the new volunteer would deliver meals would be on their own. Director of Transportation will also contact new volunteers after Route Training to narrow down reoccurring Volunteer Schedule.
