GUCI Cooking Nosaf With Joel Barrett

Here's what you will need (highly encourage prepping the onion and garlic before we start):

- 2 cans tomatoes (diced or crushed, typically 1 small can is 14.5 oz)
- 1 medium onion
- 3-4 gloves of garlic
- 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3-5 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper

Optional Ingredients
- Red pepper flakes
- Spices of preference (cumin, basil, paprika)
- Feta cheese crumbles
- Crusty bread or pita for dipping
- Tomato paste
