If you are an older adult or a caretaker of an older adult – we are here for you.
To thrive, we all need community and connection, housing that meets our needs, healthy food and nutrition, transportation, and healthcare. Speak with JFS social workers to explore how we can assist you to meet these needs.
Are you looking to meet others and enjoy activities together?
Thrive can connect you to opportunities that fit your areas of interest and help lower any challenges to participating you may have.
Are you in a home environment that meets your needs and that you can sustain?
Thrive can assist you or your family with exploring housing choices and what services might be helpful to enable you to live where you want, with the quality of life you desire.
Are you getting the food and diet that meets your needs and goals?
Thrive can connect you to information, nutrition education, and help you access food to keep you healthy and feeling great.
Are you finding accessing transportation challenging?
Thrive can provide you with options to support you getting to the places you need and want to be.
Are you able to navigate the health care system to get the care that you are looking for?
Thrive can help you pick plans that meet your needs and find specific care programs to support your good health.
Thrive works with Holocaust survivors and their families to obtain needed services and supports, as well as ongoing programming and connection to our staff to address their unique circumstances.
There are so many choices to make, but not every option fits every older adult. Our social workers can offer you individualized recommendations and assistance so you can live your best life and thrive!
