Thrive: Older Adult Services

Thrive

Connection, Support and Resources for Older Adults and their Families.

If you are an older adult or a caretaker of an older adult – we are here for you.

To thrive, we all need community and connection, housing that meets our needs, healthy food and nutrition, transportation, and healthcare. Speak with JFS social workers to explore how we can assist you to meet these needs.
