Jewish Family Services (JFS) is committed to ensuring that no one in our community faces life’s challenges alone. As a department of the Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis, we are guided by Jewish values and a dedication to inclusivity. While rooted in the Jewish community, JFS proudly serves individuals and families of all backgrounds, reflecting our commitment to supporting the needs of the broader Greater Indianapolis community. We take a holistic, client-centered approach to support individuals and families across all stages of life. Our experienced team utilizes social work best practices and case management to assess needs, coordinate services, and empower clients with personalized solutions tailored to their unique needs and well-being. Through a network of direct programs and community partnerships, JFS works to strengthen lives and build a more connected, resilient Greater Indianapolis.

Jewish Family Services provides comprehensive human services through a variety of programs, ensuring individuals and families have access to essential resources, social services, and personalized support tailored to their unique needs and well-being.

 

Jewish Community Social Services fosters connection and well-being by providing individualized support through case management, crisis assistance, and direct services to help individuals of all ages and families navigate life’s challenges.

Thrive: Older Adult Services provides connection, support, and essential resources to help older adults navigate aging while maintaining well-being and quality of life. From housing and nutrition to transportation and healthcare, Thrive ensures access to vital services tailored to individual needs.

Popsie’s Pantry provides a wide variety of food and household essentials, including kosher options, to serve our local community. Open to all, the pantry operates as a choice-model, allowing individuals and families to select the items that best meet their preferences and needs. Offerings include shelf-stable foods, fresh and healthy produce, cleaning supplies, and personal hygiene items to support everyday life.

Kavod: Holocaust Survivor Services provides compassionate support to Holocaust survivors through case management, emotional support, financial assistance, and other essential services.
