Partnership2Gether is the Jewish Agency’s model for building enduring people-to-people relationships between global Jewish communities and communities in Israel.
Partnership2Gether is made up of an inclusive and active network of people focused on the exchange of ideas and programs with the goal of developing relationships to strengthen our global Jewish Identity. Our P2G communities of Dayton, Toledo, and Youngstown, Ohio; Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Northwest Indiana, and South Bend, Indiana; Louisville, Kentucky; Des Moines, Iowa; Omaha, Nebraska; Austin, Fort Worth, and San Antonio, Texas; and Budapest, Hungary are linked with the Akko and Matte Asher Regional Council in the Western Galilee.
Goals:
• Discovery of Israel through everyday engagement with Israelis
• Israelis’ rediscovery of Judaism through the eyes of overseas partners
• Sharing of ideas, strengths, and challenges to empower both partners to generate change for community members of all ages
• Engagement based on mutual endeavor and shared Jewish identity
