Our volunteers joined together on February 8, 2015 for the Jewish Federation’s annual phone-a-thon and together raised a total of $70,427. Super Sunday is an Annual Campaign tradition, raising funds that support our local agencies and help meet essential social service needs in Israel and Jewish communities around the world.
We also held a mini thank-a-thon to thank donors who are already supporting the 2015 Annual Campaign. You may have received a note from one of our Super Sunday volunteers. We can never thank you enough!
In keeping with our Super Mensch theme, a team of young people made Capes for Kids at Riley Hospital for Children, a project led by Ben Klapper, and facilitated on Sunday by Sarah Klapper, Alexis Maurer, and Bailey Inglis. These capes will brighten the lives of kids at Riley who are facing life-threatening challenges.
Many thanks to event co-chairs Len and Marina Grabovsky and committee members Paula Goldberg, Jason Secore, Jim Schwarz, and Matt Tobe for all of their work planning this special event. Thanks also to the staff of the Bureau of Jewish Education for their hard work in hosting this event.
And, of course, thank you Indianapolis, for answering the call and supporting this important effort!
