For ages 13 & up (by race day)
If you’ve never done a triathlon before, or if you want to take your performance to the next level, the JCC Winter Blast Indoor Triathlon is a great choice. The first wave of participants begins at 8 am with 12 participants per wave.
The race format is 20-min swim, 5-min transition, 20-min bike and 20-min run.

Lap counts are only kept for the swim and the run instead of an official score.
