Ahead of Rosh Hashanah, we welcome young adults and their families to join us for a Reverse Tashlich, as part of a global initiative on September 10th coordinated through Repair The Sea. Rather than throwing our "sins" into the water, we'll help repair our local Indy waterfront by picking up the litter in our community! This event will give community members an opportunity to gather and give back ahead of the new year. Rabbi Justin of Congregation Beth Shalom will share a bit about the Jewish traditions and history, and a representative from Indy Parks will share details on the impact we will make.
