Since 1972, when Joseph Levine of Fort Wayne founded the Indiana Jewish Historical Society, this state-wide organization has been building up its archival collection. Today the ever-growing collection is housed by the Indiana Historical Society and is open to the public to research on site.
Dr. Wendy Soltz, Executive Director of IJHS, will highlight ten documents from the collection and an overview of IJHS. This presentation is part of a series of Top 10 programs which focus on synagogues and temples, and Jewish cemeteries, monuments, houses and businesses across Indiana.
