He started working at Highland Golf and Country Club as a busboy when he was just 13 years old and soon fell in love with hospitality and food. At the age of 19 he enrolled in IUPUI to study hospitality restaurant management and accounting. Josh has worked at restaurants around Indianapolis in the front of the house and in kitchens. Prior to starting Annabelle’s Garden, his produce business, he was working at the Chef’s Academy in downtown Indianapolis where he worked as a director and also pursued his culinary degree.
Josh has three children that help him run Annabelle’s Garden with his girlfriend Demi Pappas.
