Hooverwood has grown to become a well-recognized and respected skilled nursing facility, specializing in rehabilitation, dementia care, and adult day services. They offer a variety of services and activities including two specialized dementia care units; medical directors affiliated with the St. Vincent Center for Healthy Aging; medical care provided by geriatricians and a geriatric nurse practitioner; rehabilitation therapy and restorative nursing programs; geriatric psychiatry and counseling services; and religious services.
